At an early age, I found a love of writing. I would sit in my room and write silly stories to share with my friends and family. As I got older, other priorities like work, children and keeping up a household took away my time so I didn’t write as much. I have always wanted to write a book of quotes (my own and others that I have heard over the years) but didn’t have the confidence nor the time to take the step.

After a traumatic time in my life, I decided to start writing a blog about my journey of self discovery and finding myself again after divorce. This reignited my love for writing and started me back down the path that I am headed now.

I spent over 30 years in sales, marketing and leadership and have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing from Maryville University. Graduating in 2017, I use both the knowledge that I gained from work experience and college to be one of the top sales directors at the companies that I have worked.

Along with experience, I worked many years as a REALTOR and was responsible for building my own brand. My rookie year I was “Resale Rookie of the Year” in my office of 150 agents. In addition, I was founding member of the Young Professionals Network for our area as well as serving as a board member for the Women’s Council of REALTORS.

Recently, I co-authored an e-book titled “The Ultimate Guide to Cold Calling and Social Selling for Outrageous Results”, written for a CRM company called VanillaSoft.
